Are your watches hand made?
Yes. Every timepiece is hand assembled by Alfonso, so no two watches are ever the same. I source my parts from around the world and use only 316L steel, Seiko (TMI NH) or other well-respected movements. Every watch is regulated by me on my timegrapher to achieve Rolex and Omega-level performance, waterproof tested, and fitted only with sapphire crystals. Please read the individual specifications for the watch you would like me to build.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every watch is covered by our 2-year Aragon warranty, protecting the movement and craftsmanship of your purchase.
How is my watch shipped?
Complimentary, fully insured and tracked shipping worldwide. Each order is securely packaged and requires a signature on delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns on every timepiece. If it is not the right fit, return it in its original condition for a full refund.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available at checkout so you can spread the cost of your timepiece over time.
How do I care for my watch?
We recommend a routine service every 3–5 years and keeping your watch away from magnets and extreme temperatures. Our team is happy to advise.
